Charming Stay with Great Service!
The room was super clean, and the staff was warm and accommodating. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the onsite restaurant-it was like a good hidden gem. For future guests, don't miss out on the whirlpool for relaxation!

The lobby is bright, shiny and clean. It goes totally downhill from there. We had a hard time finding the room due to poor signs. The room was terrible. Out of 4 lights, 3 were either burned out or the bulbs were missing. The beds were not double as I had booked. There were 2 full beds in the room. The bedding was yellowish and had hair on it. We thought it looked like dog hair. The pillows were very old and lumpy and had big round yellowish brown stains on them. Again they were yellowish and very old looking. My daughter stripped the bedding off to look at the mattress using her phone as there wasn't enough light to really see it!! She thought it would be safer to sleep on the mattress using our own bedding but again was afraid of bed bugs, etc. Instead we booked a room across the street and got a refund. The staff didn't bat an eye at giving a refund. When I explained why I wanted one, the manager replied, "I'm very sorry. I've had those complaints before." Do not book a room there!!

The stay was quite pleasant, especially after spending time exploring nearby attractions. I really appreciated the lovely decor and the warm ambiance throughout the hotel, which made for a cozy environment. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants and gas stations. There were some cleanliness issues that need attention, such as the bathroom not being very clean. It was a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Nothing! We won't be staying there in the future.
Waited at the front desk for 15 minuies before anyone returned to check us in. Our room had a bad odor when we first walked in. Turning on air conditioner helped some. Room was badly worn. carpet. bed spread. The bed linen and towels were dingy. TV only had a few channels. No coffee pot. In hind sight, we don't know why we didn't demand our money back and leave to find a decent place to spend the night. We won't be coming back.

Breakfast was not so hot.
I guess we expected more real food. Maybe bagels, eggs

The indoor pool features a deep end, which kids seem to enjoy. Convenient access to a continental breakfast is a plus, although options are limited to basic items.
The bathrooms are quite cramped, and I encountered a shower curtain with stains that raised concerns about cleanliness. Room maintenance feels lacking. Dust and dirt were apparent throughout, and the noise from nearby rooms made resting a challenge. I also found limited dining options nearby, which might not suit travelers looking for variety.

The price for the room was fair.
The shower was not working correctly in room 214. It sprayed all over the room, over the curtain, got the entire room wet including cleanX, TP, clothing bath mat. There were people sleeping on furniture in the lobby and hallways.

I had a really comfortable stay with a clean room and enjoyed a great breakfast spread that exceeded my expectations. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the hot tub was a nice touch too! The decor could use some updating, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
